Oral presentations will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes. A presentation of 10 minutes is recommended, thus allowing a 5-minute discussion. All presentations must be presented in English or Spanish, however all the material prepared (slides) should be prepared in English.
Please upload your presentation file to the computer in the session room before the session starts. Note that the presentation computer has only USB ports; there is no CD-ROM or other disc drive. While Power Point will also be provided, presenters are suggested to use PDF for their presentations to avoid issues with fonts and other problems.
Once your poster has been accepted, please prepare your poster. In order to make these sessions run smoothly, please make sure your poster is put up before the start of the session and removed after it has ended. The recommended format is A0.
Please also prepare a single slide that summarizes your work. This will be used during the ‘Poster Teaser’ session on the workshops. The time for the Poster Teaser presentation is two minutes in which you should introduce your work and point out the main conclusions. The poster should be prepared in English; however, the Poster Teaser can be presented in either English or Spanish.
If you want to join the Conference, but you are not able to attend the CONFERENCE ON ENGINEERING EDUCATION FOR THE XXI CENTURY in person, you can register for a “virtual presentation”. All the Conference will be broadcast in streaming! Virtual presenters will present their work in the virtual sessions and their paper will be included in the book of abstracts. The registered virtual assistants who present a work at a virtual session will receive a participation and author certificate and an invoice of the registration fee.
